Who we are

Unicorn Academy is a financial education app by Unicorn Private LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA. For any question about your data, write to mail@unicorn-club.com.

Without an account

You can use the app without signing up. Your progress, the name you choose for certificates and unlocked purchases stay on your device. The app only downloads the updated course list from our service, without sending personal data.

With an account (optional)

If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive an account identifier, your email address and your name, when the provider shares them. We use them only to save your progress and certificates and restore them on another device. We never receive your password.

Skills page

If you choose "Share your skills", we publish a page visible to anyone with the link, showing the name you enter and the courses you completed with their dates. You can remove it at any time from the app. When a visitor taps the button to get started, their browser receives a technical cookie used only to avoid counting them twice.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store payment details.

Notifications

Reminders to continue your lessons are local notifications generated on your device. You can turn them off in your phone settings.

What we do not do

We show no ads, use no tracking or profiling tools, and do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Where data is stored

Accounts, progress and skills pages are stored with Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, including in the United States. We keep them for as long as the account or page exists.

Your rights

You can delete your account, with all related data, from the Profile tab, and remove your skills page from the Certificates tab. You can also request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to mail@unicorn-club.com. If you live in the European Union you may contact your local data protection authority.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the bottom of this page.
