Futures margin and leverage calculator

Calculate the notional value of a futures position, the initial margin required and the resulting leverage.

With futures you deposit only a margin, a fraction of the value of the contract. Leverage magnifies results: a small price change can produce a large gain or a loss greater than the margin deposited.
